I had a very disappointing experience with the hot water. Upon arrival, the shower was cold despite staff claiming it was hot. After several attempts and a room switch, I was left frustrated and felt misled by the staff's reassurances.

Breakfast was delicious with a variety of fresh options, served in the lovely courtyard. My room, a Standard Room with one queen bed, was comfortable but a bit small for my liking. The bathroom had great amenities. However, I did notice the pillows could be better for improved sleep comfort. There was some street noise at night, but it didn't significantly hinder my stay. Overall, I had a lovely time here.
